Short-term rentals are our most-requested service. We handle fast, reliable turnovers between guests — including restocking amenities — so your listing stays five-star ready and your calendar keeps moving.

    It depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you booked. A standard clean for a typical home runs a couple of hours; deep cleans and move-outs take longer. When you book we'll give you a realistic window along with your estimate.

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing is a size-based estimate. A typical 1,501–2,000 sq ft home runs about $200 for a standard clean; smaller and larger homes scale from there. As we say ourselves, rates may vary slightly — the booking tool gives you a live ballpark and we confirm your exact price when you book.

  • What's included in a cleaning?

    Every standard clean covers bathrooms, the kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas — with vacuuming, mopping, and dusting throughout, and amenities restocked when needed. Deep cleans and move-outs add extra attention like inside cabinets and baseboards.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your visit. Plans change — just give us a couple of days' notice and there's no charge.
